What it does

  • Checks six Portuguese property portals, plus a seventh through its saved-search alert emails
  • Reads the detail page of every plausible plot and spots the same plot listed on several portals
  • Checks stream frontage and tarmac road access against OpenStreetMap
  • Scores each plot on seven weighted criteria: size, price, an existing ruin on urban land, land classification, the stream, road access, and an approved tourism project
  • Files the plots that clear the bar, flags the strongest, and tracks price changes
  • Re-checks filed plots and rewrites them only when something has changed
  • Builds a dashboard of the shortlist for each region
